In general CBAM applies to all companies importing any of the following goods into the EU “aluminium, iron and steel, cement, fertiliser, electricity, and hydrogen” for a value of 150€ or more must fulfil the CBAM reporting obligations.

Please note, there are a few exemptions for imports from countries that not in the EU but in the Economic Union and for good for military activities.
